» About The Camelid Center
The Camelid Center is a research center focused on camelid issues. At the center you will find research being conducted addressing camelid nutrition, camelid fiber and camelid reproduction topics. The Camelid Center's mission is to provide opportunities for producers to learn husbandry skills; for South American scientists and students to work here in the United States with scientists and students from universities in Utah and in the future from across the US.
South American students are required to complete a research experiment as part of their graduation requirements. Dr. Robinson has worked in Bolivia and Chile with students at various universities for the past nine years. Providing this opportunity to these students is a life altering experience elevating the future status of the students and benefiting the lives of camelid producers of South America.
If you would be interested in sponsoring a student contact us. The Camelid Center web site and further information will soon be available.
